Here are some activities to use with your students while studying the life of Dr. Martin Luther King in your classroom! I’ve created an informational sheet to give your students a starting point before you begin digging even deeper into the life of Dr. King. You can use this flip book along with the informational page and throughout your entire study of MLK!

Inside each flap is a prompt telling students what to record about MLK.

If you want to bring your MLK studies over into math, I have these multiplication and division decode the quote worksheets you can use! Instead of solving riddles though, with these MLK division and multiplication pages, your students are revealing famous quotes Dr. King was known for.

I always love a chance to get kids coloring, cutting and gluing. That’s the Early Childhood educator in me. You’ll find this craft along with a couple other variations in my TPT store.
